Refund and Cancellation Policy

Try before you pay

ChargerDojo has a free tier that needs no payment details. You can run the simulator, inspect message payloads, and run conformance suites against our sandbox peer without subscribing. We would rather you confirm the tool does what you need before any money changes hands.

• • Subscriptions renew automatically

  Monthly plans bill every month, annual plans every year, on the date you subscribed, until you cancel.

• • Access starts immediately

  Paid features unlock on your account as soon as payment succeeds. There is nothing to install and nothing to wait for.

• • Taxes

  Prices exclude any applicable taxes, which are calculated at checkout based on your billing location.

You can cancel at any time. Go to Settings, open Manage billing, and cancel there. You can also email us and we will do it for you, usually the same day. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and the billing portal shows you the exact date your access ends. We do not charge a cancellation fee and we do not require notice.

When a subscription ends, your account reverts to the free tier. Your saved data remains available on the free tier; features that belong to a paid plan stop working.

Refunds

7-day refund on a first subscription. If ChargerDojo is not right for you, email us within 7 days of the first payment on your account and we will refund it in full. You do not need to explain why. Upgrades, downgrades and resubscribing do not open a new window. This window applies to payments made on or after 30 August 2026; before that it was 14 days, and we honour whichever was published when you paid.

Renewals are not automatically refunded. Renewals happen on the schedule you agreed to when you subscribed, so we do not refund one just because it went unnoticed. If a renewal charged you at a genuinely bad moment, write to us: we read every message and we would rather resolve it than argue about it.

If the product is broken, that is on us. If a paid feature does not work as described and we cannot fix it for you, we refund the affected period, regardless of how long you have been subscribed.

A refund ends the subscription straight away. Unlike cancelling, which leaves you the rest of the period you paid for, refunding returns the money and closes the plan the same day. Your account drops to the free tier and your saved data stays.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer decides how quickly it appears, typically within 5 to 10 business days.

How to cancel or request a refund

To cancel, open Settings and choose Manage billing. That takes you to our payment provider, where you can see your invoices, update your card, and cancel.

For a refund, email us from the address on the account and tell us which charge you mean. We will also cancel for you by email if you would rather.
